These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of shopgreentrails.com, operated under the name GreenTrails (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review these terms and our Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. These policies form part of the information governing your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and personalization information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment options are displayed before checkout is completed. Unless otherwise indicated, prices and shipping thresholds are in US dollars.
Product prices and promotions may change for future purchases. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and obtain your agreement before proceeding, or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization.
We may request verification or decline an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful content, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill it. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected items and applicable shipping charges.
Personalized blankets include artwork based on your submitted photo and our vintage national park style. The artwork is an interpretation of your photo rather than an exact photographic reproduction.
We normally email your first proof within 1–2 business days after receiving your order and a suitable photo. We work with you on adjustments to the original photo, colors, wording, and composition. A different photo or completely new concept may require an additional design fee; we will discuss and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
We only begin weaving after you approve your artwork. Please carefully review names, dates, spelling, layout, and other requested details before approving it.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days after approval, followed by shipping. Revisions and time awaiting your response can extend the turnaround.
Please respond to your proof within 48 hours. We will send a reminder if we have not heard back. If we receive no response within seven days of sending the proof, we will cancel and refund the personalized item, including any shipping charged for that item.
You may cancel a personalized item for a full refund before production begins. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges are unavailable except where required by applicable law. Help with damage, defects, or an incorrectly made item remains available under our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
By submitting photos, wording, or other content, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have the permissions necessary for us to use that content to complete your order. Do not submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
You retain any rights you hold in your original content. You give GreenTrails a nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, crop, edit, and adapt your submitted content as reasonably needed to prepare artwork and proofs, fulfill your order, and resolve related customer-service issues. Our service providers may process that content for those purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
This permission does not authorize us to publish your uploaded photos or personalized artwork in our advertising, social media, or product examples without your separate permission.
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, photography, yarn colors, and the weaving process can affect how a finished product appears.
For woven blankets, your proof shows the approved artwork and layout. Colors and fine details can differ from the digital image because the design is produced with yarn. These expected differences do not excuse a product that is faulty, incorrectly made, or materially different from its description.

Production and artwork approval time are separate from transit time. Items produced by different partners may arrive separately.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we cannot meet an advertised shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Nonpersonalized products are eligible for return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy:

Personalized products follow the approval and production rules described above. For damage, defects, incorrect items, cancellations, or return instructions, contact greentrailsco@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Our return conditions do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
The GreenTrails name, website text, graphics, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where those rights exist. Buying a product does not automatically transfer copyrights or grant a license to reproduce our website content or designs commercially. This does not affect rights you hold in your original submitted content or rights provided by law.
Do not misuse the store through fraud, malware, unauthorized access, interference with its operation, infringement, or unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse, without removing rights relating to a legitimate purchase.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides our commerce platform and processes information when you visit or buy from us. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers located in the United States or other countries to operate the store and provide services.
Depending on enabled services and settings, Shopify may also use information about activity on our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify to provide personalized experiences, analytics, and relevant advertising.

Checkout, payment, and other features may involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices. Links to external websites do not mean GreenTrails controls their content or practices.
Our use of production, shipping, or payment partners does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations under your purchase and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods, required refunds, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. These terms do not prevent you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights or sharing honest reviews.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The updated version will be posted with a revised date, and additional notice will be provided where required.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase without your agreement, except where required by law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If a specific product promise or policy provides you with greater protection than a general term here, the greater protection applies, subject to applicable law.
