Yes. After you place your order, we’ll create your artwork and email you a proof. Reply to approve it or request adjustments—we only begin weaving after you approve your design.
We’ll work with you on colors, text, and composition using your original photo and our vintage artwork style. A different photo or completely new concept may require an additional design fee, which we’ll discuss with you first.
If we can’t get the artwork right for you, you can cancel for a full refund before production begins.

We’ll send your proof to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam and promotions folders. If it hasn’t arrived within two business days, email greentrailsco@gmail.com with your order number.
Please respond within 48 hours to keep your order moving. We’ll send a reminder if we haven’t heard back, and your order will stay on hold. If we receive no response within seven days of sending your proof, we’ll cancel and refund your order.
Your proof shows the artwork, wording, and layout. The finished design is woven with yarn rather than printed, so colors and fine details will vary from what you see on a screen.
Our finished blanket photos show the texture and character you can expect from the weaving process.
Yes. For multiple copies of the same design in the same size, increase the quantity.
For different photos, wording, or sizes, personalize each blanket and add it to your cart separately. Each item will keep its own photo and instructions.
You can cancel for a full refund before production begins. Once production starts, we can’t accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns because your blanket is made specifically for you.
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly, email greentrailsco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed problem.
